A native of southern Ohio, and a resident of Point Pleasant, WV since 2005, I have always enjoyed the artistic side of life. Photography and music have been a part of me since an early age. I would look at a painting, a photograph, or listen to a song, and wonder what the artist was thinking, or trying to say.

Music came first for me, and I enjoy several genres and styles. A song can speak to your heart if you choose not only to hear the music but to listen to it as well. It could be the lyrics that tell a story or the melody that sets a mood. Interpretation is unique in each of us.

Art will also embrace you if you look with your heart and love with your eyes. I find it fascinating that you can see the same piece of art over and over and each time it speaks to you differently. Photography can capture a moment, tell a story, or just be up for interpretation. I try and capture what means something to me. Until now, photography has only been a hobby and for the first time I am offering others a look through my viewfinder.
